TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a purchase on Seoul It, you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated as follow:

GENERAL TERMS

1.) Please fill-out the order form only if you are 110% sure of placing an order. Submission of this form will constitute acceptance, understanding, and full compliance of the buyer to Seoul It’s Terms and Conditions.
2.) No to rude, demanding and impatient buyers. The moment you show an act of disrespect, vulgarity and snapp behavior, you will immediately be blocked.
3.) If you are under the legal age of 18, we assume that you have already asked for consent given out to you by your parents because it is your duty to do so.
4.) Failure to comply with the deadline of payment and the cancellation fee would immediately be considered as a joy reserver/bogus buyer.
5.) Changing of important details like address and number is only allowed one week before shipment of the products to your address. If the availability of the buyer to receive a package is uncertain, we highly suggest that you choose the option to pick it up in the branch (Branch Pick-up).
6.) Seoul It’s responsibility ends once the item has been shipped. Incase of delays, please contact the courier’s branch.

PAYMENT

Payment of the item ordered should be paid on or before the deadline of payment and the mode of payment should strictly be followed. Seoul It will require the buyer to pay for the album first and the local shipping fee to be paid once the albums are on hand. Extension of payments are only allowed for 3 days with a payment fee of 50 php per day. Multiple or Combined Payments are allowed, just provide the breakdown of payment in the receipt. Any excess payments will not be returned or refunded, make reading a habit and recheck all the essential details before paying.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER/S

Cancellation of orders will only transpire in the following cases:
> Item is out of stock.
> The group order didn't push through due to limited buyers only.

Refunds will then be sent. Any other reason that was not stated in the aforementioned cases is forbidden. If in any event a buyer wishes to pay for the cancellation fee, he/she will be charged 50% OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT. Failure to do so will automatically be added on the list of the joy reserver/bogus buyers and her/his information will be posted online for other sellers to take note of.

SHIPMENT POLICY

All of the items posted are under NORMAL ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). This means that it will arrive in the Philippines in 4 to 6 weeks or so, but that does not include packing and shipping from us to you.The packing and shipping in itself will take another 1 to 2 weeks depending on how many orders there are. Customers will receive photos before items are shipped out to prove that the product/s are sent out in good condition. Seoul It’s responsibility ends once the item has been shipped. Incase of delays, please contact the courier’s branch. For combined shipping, Seoul It will allow it once the items are on hand.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR MANUFACTURE DEFECT

Seoul It will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from natural calamities, unavoidable casualty, acts of government authority, or shipper’s breach of this contract. We will not be held responsible for damages done by the local and international courier. In case of damages seen on your item/s please file a complaint to the courier’s company directly. If in any case the courier will list the package under “Return to Seller”, the buyer must shoulder the Return to Seller fee and pay for another shipping fee.

RETURN, REFUND, and EXCHANGE POLICY

A clear unedited unboxing video is mandatory for a refund request to prove the damage of the item. The video must start with the item still inside the parcel, and the packaging is untampered. To be fair to both parties, we will not entertain complaints without this.

NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND

The following cases would not be considered for return, refund and exchange:
> Dents, scratches, and discoloration.
> Manufacturing defect/s of sealed items.
> The value of the item has depreciated due to product usage, removal of label/tags, or disposal of product box/wrapping.

Replacement/refund will only be provided in cases where there is a clear sign of negligence or error on the part of the shop’s packing process. Otherwise, strictly no refund, return or exchange. Seoul It will only issue refunds via BPI, BDO and GCash. Refund will be issued after the order is shipped out and will have transfer fees deducted, if any.

For exchange of items due to wrong delivery, we require that you return the purchased item first before we initiate the exchange. Seoul It will shoulder the shipping fee of the product returned.

UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE AND WITH BALANCE

Customers should settle their balance in a timely manner so that order will not be held up for too long. Customers who have outstanding balance like the local shipping fee and failed to complete the payment within 1 week after the arrival of the items in the Philippines, it will automatically be in default that you are not claiming your items. Unclaimed merchandise will be made available for other customers and no refund will be made.

Sending of money to GCASH #2 is prohibited unless GCASH #1 is on its limit.

Announcement will be posted on our twitter if GCASH #1 is already on its limit. Once posted, you can then send your money to GCASH #2.

PAYMENT DETAILS

1.) Cancellation Fee = 50% OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT that was ordered.
2.) Please pay on or before the deadline of payment. Delayed payments will be charged 50php/day. If it exceeds 3 days after the said DOP and you still haven't paid, you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
3.) If your method of payment is through gcash, please indicate your twitter username in the message portion.
4.) Screenshot or take a picture of your payment as proof and please attach it on our payment form. This is mandatory for your payment to be confirmed.
5.) If you will pay via 7/11, additional 1% will be collected in your total payment since Gcash will be charging you for the convenience fee.

Local shipping fees are subject to change depending on the actual weight and size of the items without prior notice. If you're from Metro Cebu, we can deliver via Lalamove or Gogo express.

Attached above are the estimated base rates plus an additional fee of 20 pesos (for ex: 125 + 20 = 145) for the packaging fees.
